





Description
The MW84 series Lifting Electromagnet are designed for lifting medium thick steel plates. The lifting operation is safe, accurate, and fast. Considering that the lifting of long steel plates may cause bending deformation and affect safe handling, please use multiple electromagnets in combination when lifting long size steel plates. For medium thick plates (6mm~32mm), the spacing between electromagnets should be taken as 3-4 meters, and the length of the extended parts at both ends can be taken as half of the spacing. According to the different number of lifting sheets, it can be divided into two categories: 350 type and 400 type.
Working Condition
1. The main basis for selecting electromagnetic suction cups is the material being sucked;
2. When transporting waste steel, it involves the degree of loose stacking, blockiness, material quality, working frequency, and temperature data of the materials;
3. When transporting finished materials, it involves the external dimensions, material degree, material quantity, working frequency, and temperature data of the materials;
4. When the temperature of the transported material is below 100 ℃, a normal temperature suction cup should be selected. When the temperature exceeds 100 ℃, choose a high-temperature resistant suction cup. Please specify when the temperature exceeds 600 ℃;
5. When the duration of power on exceeds 60%, choose high-frequency suction cups;
6. When absorbing materials in water, choose submersible suction cups (diving depth<100m). Due to the similarity between submersible suction cups and room temperature suction cups, please specify when placing an order.
7. Equipment supporting electrical appliances: When using a single suction cup, select rectification control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the energy consumption power (current); When multiple suction cups are used in combination, the total energy consumption power (current) based on the number of connected units and selection;
8. Select appropriate electromagnetic suction cups based on the difficulty level of the material being sucked and the actual situation, while also considering the changes in the type and chemical properties of each batch of materials, and whether seasonal humidity has an impact on the suction of suction cups during transportation
