The hydraulic magnet lift, also known as a lifting suction cup or hydraulic lifting device, is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machinery, and transportation for lifting ferromagnetic materials such as steel. It is suitable for handling cast iron ingots, steel balls, and various types of scrap steel. It uses magnetic force to firmly grip ferromagnetic workpieces and is used for flat suction of steel bars, scrap iron, as well as for scrapping cars, ships, steel structures, and more. Suction cups are classified into two types based on the source of magnetic force: hydraulic suction cups and electric suction cups.
Working Condition
1. The altitude of the homework site cannot exceed 2000 meters;
2. The maximum temperature of the surrounding medium cannot exceed 60 ℃, and the minimum temperature cannot be lower than -20 ℃;
3. The working environment should ensure that there are no hazards and no corrosive gases present;
4. The relative humidity of the ambient air should not exceed 85%;
5. Can be used indoors or outdoors for work
Features
1.The magnetic material of the electromagnet is made of low-carbon steel, which allows the working air gap to reach the maximum magnetic field.

5.The electromagnetic coil adopts a low-temperature rise design, with small changes in suction force between cold and hot states.
6.The coil wire is made of high-quality oxide film flat aluminum strip, with an insulation grade of C, ensuring the service life of the coil.
