Description
Choose normal or high or super-high temperature type according to the material’s temperature. If below 150℃ choose normal type, between 150℃ and 600℃ high type;above 600℃but with a limit under 700℃, super-high type.
Super-high temperature lifting electromagnet type can be supplied with cooling equipment, that is : after several times of lifting hot billet, the attraction force would reduce obviously, then you should place the electromagnet into cold water pool for some seconds, after that put it into operation again, we call it as high temperature diving electromagnet. Owing to some special process technics and smart heat dispersion structure, welding will never get split and the coil will always be waterproof.


Working Condition
1. High temperature type: -40 ° C to+700 ° C;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
3. Relative humidity of the air: When the air temperature is 20 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 90%; When the air temperature is 40 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 85%


Features
1.The coil is wound with aluminum wire, and the insulation material has good heat resistance. The insulation structure is reasonable, and the coil insulation is not easy to breakdown.
2.The electromagnet adopts special heat resistance measures, so it can lift scrap steel below 650 ℃.
