Working Condition
1. Choose installation location: An electric hoist should be installed in a flat, sturdy, and obstacle free location. The ground should have sufficient load-bearing capacity to withstand the weight of the winch and its load.
2. Fixed installation base: In order to prevent the winch from moving or tilting during operation, it must be installed on a fixed base. The base should be made of sturdy materials and fixed to the ground by bolts or steel nails.
3. Installation and adjustment: During the installation process, correct and stable installation should be carried out according to the specific type and specifications of the winch, ensuring the completeness, correct assembly and adjustment of accessories to ensure the normal operation of the winch
4. Grounding protection: The power cord of the electric hoist must be grounded to ensure personal safety. Grounding can be achieved by installing a grounding rod to connect the power cord connect to the grounding rod.
5. Environmental requirements: The electric coupon hoist should be installed in a dry, non corrosive gas, and well ventilated environment. Avoid installing it in damp, acid-base environments, or flammable places.
