Bridge cranes are generally composed of three main parts: mechanical, electrical, and metal structures. The external image of a bridge crane is a single span flat slab bridge supported at both ends on two parallel overhead tracks and running in translation.
Mechanical part: divided into three mechanisms: lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, and trolley running mechanism. The lifting mechanism is used to vertically lift and lower objects, while the trolley running mechanism is used to move laterally with a load; The large vehicle operating mechanism is used to vertically move the lifting trolley and objects to achieve the purpose of handling and loading/unloading goods in three-dimensional space.
Metal structure part: composed of bridge and trolley frame.
Electrical part: composed of electrical equipment and electrical circuits.
